Return Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you wish to request a refund, you can do so for any reason.

If you have not received the product within the guaranteed time frame (60 days), you can request a refund or reshipment. If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or reshipment. If you do not want the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must not be used.

● Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address)

● Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of maillotgo.com (i.e., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

* You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (60 days) has expired. You can do this by sending a message on the Contact Us page.

Returns must be in their original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

Customized items are not returnable. A refund will only be authorized if the garment is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must first contact us and we will guide you through the steps.

In this case, please provide us with the following evidence:
- Photos of the original packaging showing both front and back
- Photos or video of the defective item(s)
- Photos, video, or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective items

After returning the defective product, please provide us with the following evidence:
- Photos of the front and back of the envelope or shipping box
- Partial shipping cost (if applicable)
- Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item
- Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or damaged area
