Shipping Policy

We have 3 methods for shipping your product.

--- DHL: (7-12 business days) + country transit time estimate

--- EMS: (10-15 business days) + country transit time estimate

--- EUB: (15-25 business days) + country transit time estimate

Shipping Time

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. The total estimate is 6-20 business days + the estimated country transit time. During the global pandemic situation, delivery may take even more than 20 days. Please be patient, the delivery system is not under our control. If you do not receive the order after 60 days from the day you place an order, we will resend it for you.
If you are unsatisfied with the product and we haven't made any error with your order, you can return it to us, but you just need to pay the shipping fee and we will refund your money. If we made a mistake, we will send you another product with the correct order details (size, color, etc.).

Tax Charges

Customs can often impose duties on imports in certain countries. We have no control over this and cannot be held responsible for any import taxes/duties that may be charged. These taxes go to the government of the country you are importing the goods to, not to maillotgo.com. You will be responsible for all costs incurred due to import taxes. It is illegal to undervalue/mark as a gift any package to avoid paying duties, so please do not ask us to do this, as any such requests will be ignored.
